How ReviewClub Works

You can try our products for free, but you can't keep them without charge. We have this rule to make sure our members don't feel pressured to give biased reviews just because they got a free product. The only exception is for things like toothpaste and shampoo, which you can keep.

While we offer free product testing, please note that some of these products we test are not provided for free indefinitely. We do this to make sure we get authentic, honest feedback. Nevertheless, we really enjoy scoring sweet deals for our members from the brands that send us products to test. If the brand gives us the green light, we might offer you the chance to buy the product at an awesome price. If you decide not to take the deal, just send the used product back our way. We'll spruce it up and sell it once in a while during a sample sale.

Some of our Reviewclub members like to secure a spot on a test team by taking a shortcut. They can do so if they buy the product they want to test in advance. Usually this means they get it through a great deal. Even if members choose to do this, we still expect them to provide their genuine feedback about their experience.

When the product arrives at our members' doorsteps, the testing phase begins. Over a period of 3 to 4 weeks, we encourage members to use the product as frequently as they desire, exploring various ways to maximize their experience. Throughout these four weeks, we maintain contact via email, offering support and inviting members to share their honest feedback.

We have a dedicated team of managers who look after our members when they participate in a product test. They're always ready to help in every step of the way and are more than happy to assist with any issues that might come across during the product test.
